      Where the air is rarified

I’m finally unpacked and settled into my old day-to-day routine. My trip spanned 3 long, long, long weeks - the first in Indiana, and the last two in Florida. I’d been meaning to make an Indiana trip with my family for years, as it’s the birthplace of many of my dad’s relatives.

      Back?

Does anyone still visit Liliripe? :P I thought I’d update again before my schedule gets really hectic.

I was having some really severe headaches and vision changes for weeks on end, so I’ve cut my computer usage dramatically (perhaps the hardest thing I’ve done in my young life :P). I was put on some meds, but they only work like 50%. I’ve just been bummin out around the house, waiting for them to kick in fully.

      Tea leaves and pound cake

My mom and I found a fantastic coffee shop in Clearwater, FL. I’ve been hunting for some loose tea and was surprised to find a nice selection there. After munching on a chicken salad sandwich and pound cake dessert (so good, I’m salivating remembering it :mrgreen: ), I browsed through the teas and purchased a floral variant of green tea.

In the container, it carried a sharp, springy aroma, but once steeped, it was milky-smooth and tasted of roses. My extent of tea brewing usually spans packets of Lipton teas, so this was a savory change! :!:
